2.2 Digital services and subscriptions

When purchasing subscriptions (e.g. monthly membership), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion. However, if the consumer explicitly requested that the service be provided before the end of the 14-day period (i.e. immediate access to the portal), in case of withdrawal they must pay for the proportional share of the service provided up to the time of withdrawal.

3.1 Payment processing

All payments are processed through secure external providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). Prices are stated in EUR and include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g. for B2B purchases).

3.2 Automatic renewal of subscriptions (Recurring billing)

Subscriptions (monthly or annual) are automatically renewed for the same period until the user cancels them. The user's payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each new billing period.

3.3 Cancellation of subscription

The user can cancel the subscription at any time through their user profile. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to prevent charging. After cancellation, the user retains access to content until the end of the already-paid period. Partial refunds for unused periods are not provided.

4.1 Duration of access

• Lifetime access: Where "lifetime access" to a course is advertised, this means access for the lifetime of the digital product itself on our platform, but a minimum of 2 years from the date of purchase.
• Limited access: Where access is time-limited (e.g. 6 months), the system automatically revokes access upon expiry.

4.2 Prohibition of account sharing

Access to the Academy is strictly personal and tied to an individual user (1 account = 1 person). Sharing login details (username and password) with third parties, publicly streaming content or group viewing (without appropriate B2B licence) is strictly prohibited. The system automatically logs IP addresses and concurrent logins. In case of detected account sharing, we reserve the right to immediately and permanently delete the account without refund.

4.3 Technical requirements

For seamless playback of video content in high definition (HD), the user needs a stable internet connection (recommended at least 5 Mbps) and an updated web browser. Findes Group is not responsible for inability to access due to inadequate user equipment or poor internet connections on the user's side.

All content on Findes Academy (video recordings, audio recordings, PDF workbooks, presentations, quizzes, course structure) is the exclusive intellectual property of Findes Marketing d.o.o. and its authors (e.g. Siniša Dagary). It is protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act (ZASP).

By purchasing you acquire only a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to view and use the materials. It is strictly prohibited to:

• Download video recordings (unless a download button is explicitly enabled).
• Screen recording during course playback or webinars.
• Copy, distribute, sell or resell materials (including PDF files).
• Use our materials to teach your own customers (running competing courses).

Any copyright infringement will be prosecuted legally and the violator will be liable for damages.

The following rules apply to participation in live online seminars (Zoom, Google Meet, internal systems) and Mastermind sessions:

• Confidentiality: Information shared by other participants in Mastermind groups is strictly confidential and must not be shared outside the group.
• Recording: Participants are strictly prohibited from recording live events. Findes Group reserves the right to record events for Academy archive purposes (participants will be informed upon entry).
• Conduct: We require professional and respectful communication. Hate speech, spam, self-promotion (without permission) or harassment of other participants or speakers will result in immediate removal from the event and platform without refund.

• Not financial advice: No course, strategy or example shown on the Academy constitutes personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
• No guarantee of success: Case studies and results shown in courses (e.g. regarding sales, investments, business growth) are individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Your success depends on your own effort, knowledge, market conditions and risks you undertake.
• Certificates: Any certificates of completion (Certificates of Completion) confirm only that content has been viewed and do not represent official, state-recognised education or a licence to practice a profession.

In case of technical difficulties accessing purchased content (e.g. video does not play, login error), please report this to akademija@findes.si. Our technical support will attempt to resolve the error as soon as possible (usually within 24-48 hours during business days).

If a technical error on our side cannot be resolved and prevents you from using the purchased product, you are entitled to proportional or full refund of the purchase price.

Findes Group reserves the right to update, modify or remove certain educational content within courses (e.g. due to obsolete information). We also reserve the right to amend these Academy Terms. The new version of the terms shall apply to all purchases and subscription renewals after the date the changes are published.
