2.1 Who can join

Any adult natural person or legal entity may join the Referral Program, provided they:

• have a valid email address and register on the Findes Group portal,
• accept the terms of this policy and the general terms and conditions of Findes Group,
• are not employed by Findes Group or its subsidiaries,
• are not in an active business relationship with Findes Group as a client for the same services they are referring.

2.2 Registracija

Registration in the program takes place exclusively through the official Findes Group portal. Upon successful registration, the referrer receives:

• edinstveno referral kodo,
• access to the dashboard,
• promotional materials for sharing.

2.3 Prepovedi

The referrer is prohibited from:

• self-referral (referring themselves as a client),
• referring existing Findes Group clients,
• using misleading, false, or manipulative referral methods,
• publishing the referral code on coupon websites, cashback portals, or similar platforms without prior written consent from Findes Group,
• paying or rewarding third parties for clicking on the referral code without the knowledge of Findes Group.

Rewards for successful referrals are determined according to the type of service contracted by the referred client with Findes Group:

3.2 Reward payment conditions

The reward is paid out under the following conditions:

• The referred client is a new client of Findes Group (has not been in the client database within the last 24 months).
• The referred client has contracted and paid for a service using the referrer's referral code.
• The referral was registered before the client's first contact with Findes Group.
• The referrer has provided valid bank details for the transfer.
• The referrer has not violated this policy.

3.3 Payout procedure

Rewards are paid out monthly, by the 15th of the month for the previous month. The minimum payout amount is 50 EUR. Lower amounts are carried over to the following month. Payment is made exclusively to the bank account specified in the dashboard. Findes Group is not responsible for delays in payment resulting from incorrect bank details.

3.4 Tax obligations

The referrer is personally responsible for declaring received rewards to the tax authorities in accordance with the laws of their country. Findes Group will, if necessary, issue a confirmation of paid rewards for tax purposes. For natural persons resident in the Republic of Slovenia who receive rewards exceeding 400 EUR annually, Findes Group will report to the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia (FURS) in accordance with applicable legislation.

4.1 Sistem sledenja

Each referrer receives a unique referral code and tracking link. A referral is considered valid when the referred client clicks on the tracking link and concludes a service with Findes Group within 90 days.

4.2 Attribution dispute resolution

In the event that the same client is referred by multiple referrers, the reward is assigned to the referrer whose referral code was registered first. Findes Group maintains records of all referrals with the date and time of registration.

5.1 Trajanje

The Referral Program is open for an indefinite period. Findes Group reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program with 30 days written notice to referrers. Rewards for referrals registered before the date of discontinuation will be paid out in accordance with this policy.

5.2 Termination of referrer participation

The referrer may withdraw from the program at any time by notifying info@findes.si. Upon termination of participation:

• all confirmed and unpaid rewards will be paid out,

• pending referrals (clients in the process of concluding a contract) will be processed in accordance with the policy until completion of the process.

5.3 Exclusion from the program

Findes Group reserves the right to immediately exclude a referrer from the program without prior notice in the event of:

• violation of this policy or the general terms and conditions,
• fraudulent conduct or manipulation of the system,
• damage to the reputation of Findes Group,
• a final conviction for a criminal offence.

In the event of exclusion, unpaid rewards are withheld pending the conclusion of the investigation. Rewards obtained through fraudulent conduct will not be paid out.

6.1 Obdelava podatkov

Findes Group processes the personal data of referrers in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2). Details regarding data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy of Findes Group.

6.2 Data concerning referred clients

The referrer may only pass on contact details of potential clients to Findes Group with the prior consent of those persons. Passing on data without consent constitutes a violation of GDPR and this policy.

Findes Group is not liable for:

• loss of the referrer's income resulting from modification or discontinuation of the program,
• technical disruptions in the operation of the tracking system that are beyond the control of Findes Group,
• decisions by clients not to conclude a contract with Findes Group.

The total liability of Findes Group to an individual referrer is limited to the amount of confirmed unpaid rewards.

Findes Group reserves the right to amend this policy. Referrers will be notified of material changes by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued participation in the program after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

For the resolution of any disputes arising from this policy, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Complaints are submitted in writing to info@findes.si. Findes Group undertakes to respond within 15 working days.

In the event that an amicable resolution is not possible, the court in Ljubljana, Slovenia has jurisdiction to resolve disputes. Slovenian law applies to this policy.

11.1 Tax obligation

Rewards received by natural persons as referrers are considered other income under the Personal Income Tax Act (ZDoh-2). Findes Marketing d.o.o. will withhold income tax advance payments (25%) on payouts exceeding 400 EUR annually, in accordance with applicable tax legislation. We encourage referrers to consult with their tax advisor.

11.2 Restriction for insurance products

Referrers are not authorised to advise on, explain, or sell insurance products. A referrer may only pass on a contact form (lead) to a licensed insurance agent at Findes plus d.o.o. or Findes plus 2 d.o.o. Any advice on insurance products by an unauthorised person is contrary to the Insurance Act (ZZavar-1) and is prohibited.

11.3 Commissions for insurance products

Commissions for the brokerage of insurance contracts are paid exclusively in accordance with the EU Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD 2016/97) and only to registered insurance agents.
